Coating Technology for Confectionery
The focus for applications of DRIAM Coating Technology in the Food Industry segment is in confectionery, where many producers of all kinds of sugar and chocolate dragees are benefiting from our technology. In particular, the segment of producing chewing gum has to be mentioned where almost 100% of all production capacity to make sugar free gums use of DRIACOATERS.
Requirements for industrially used coating installations:
